Payroll - Account Executive - Customer Service

Do you have experience in payroll, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset? Then we have the role for you Due to the continuous career development of the team, ADP is on the lookout for an ambitious and talented Account Executive to join our team.

**Responsibility**:
**Manage clients, oversee quality and delivery of monthly payroll, and ensure client satisfaction and retention.**

**Main Tasks**:

- Responsible for management of a portfolio of client accounts
- Organize and coordinate payroll and other client-specific services
- Follow-up execution, payroll process, and administrative tasks, regular quality controls, troubleshooting
- Organize periodical client meetings to discuss KPIs, open issues, needs/wishes, etc. with operational contact/management.
- Coordinate between all involved stakeholders to meet client needs: Sales, Implementation, Support
- Supervise invoicing and update CRM system

**Education & Experience**:

- Commercial qualification or high school certificate and
- Further HR education
- Payroll experience
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Knowledge of HR-processes
- Presentation skills
- Fluent in English and German
