Comet ist börsenkotiert und beschäftigt weltweit rund 1500 Mitarbeitende, wovon über 500 Mitarbeitende in Flamatt arbeiten. Für die Division X-Ray Modules, welche Lösungen zur zerstörungsfreien Prüfung und Sicherheitsanwendungen entwickeln, suchen wir im Rahmen eines Exklusivmandats eine motivierte und selbstständige Persönlichkeit als Teamleiter:in Fertigungstechnik Generatoren.

**Ihre Herausforderung**

**_ Führung & Koordination (~60%)_**

Sie übernehmen die personelle und fachliche Führung des sechsköpfigen Teams bestehend aus Elektroingenieuren, Elektrotechnikern und einem Bauteilemanager. Die Begleitung, Entwicklung und das Coaching auf Augenhöhe mit den Mitarbeitenden gehören ebenfalls zu den Aufgaben.

Sie verantworten das Life Cycle Management samt Industrialisierung der Hochspannungsgeneratoren und dem Bauteilemanagement der Elektronikkomponenten

In dieser Tätigkeit planen und koordinieren Sie ihre Ressourcen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Einkauf, Lieferanten, Produktion und R&D

**_ Konzeptionelle Aufgaben & Lösungsentwicklung (~40%)_**

Sie engagieren sich in der Optimierung und Pflege der Fertigungsprozesse und in der Leitung spannender Projekte (beispielsweise Prozessoptimierung, Automatisierung, Qualitätsverbesserung, etc.)

Sie finden Lösungen bei Qualitäts
- und Lieferproblemen und sind sich nicht zu schade, Dokumentationen zu verfassen

Change Management - Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Produkte mit enger Zusammenarbeit mit R&D

**Ihre Qualitäten und Begabungen**

Technisches Studium (FH, Uni, ETH, HF) oder Aus
- und Weiterbildung in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Automation oder ähnliche

Einschlägige Erfahrung in einer entwicklungsnahen Rolle im industriellen Umfeld, idealerweise im Bereich Hochspannung, Leistungselektronik oder Werkstofftechnik

Passion für die Teamführung verbunden mit ersten Führungserfahrungen (disziplinarisch, fachlich oder als Projektleiter:in)

Verständnis für Life Cycle
- und Supply Chain Management sowie hardwarenahe Software

Kenntnisse im agilen Projektmanagement (SCRUM) von Vorteil

Hartnäckige und proaktive Persönlichkeit mit Freude an einem abwechslungsreichen und dynamischen Arbeitsalltag

Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
