**Job Summary**:
This is a results-oriented role with an emphasis on supplier development and management, customer satisfaction and program execution. As the Supplier Performance Manager focused on supplier strategy and development, you will be the Global Supplier Strategy & Development (GSSD) lead for the Switzerland Patriot Offset Program as well as Swiss Industry for Global Industrialization/Localization efforts. Your general responsibilities will include strategy development and supplier execution to produce major assemblies and technologies in Switzerland to satisfy both Patriot Direct and Indirect Offset obligations. This role will require leveraging a matrix environment with close collaboration with functional and program leadership as well the Patriot Product Line to ensure alignment on program objectives and supplier development. This is a highly visible role and the individual will be an impactful leader within the Global Supply Chain Management functional organization, as the liaison between the function, program, and product line while serving as an advocate for Swiss industry with leadership across RMD and RTX.

This position is a 2 year assignment with an accompanied MOU with an additional compensation structure. This position is located in Bern, Switzerland.

**Responsibilities to Anticipate**:

- Develop and establish overall Global Supply Chain Offset sourcing strategy and plan for supplier selection, segmentation of scope, supplier competition, and overseeing Swiss Industry subcontracting.
- Lead sourcing activities to develop local suppliers to be “Raytheon Ready” in support of both Direct and Indirect projects meeting Localization obligations
- Management of overall performance of subcontractors to support the achievement of contract performance objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with the OCONUS PMO and Supplier IPT to accomplish Customer and program requirements as well as coordination with the CONUS Global Supply Chain Management organization.
- Support program efforts in identification, development, and execution of potential Direct and Indirect sourcing initiatives to satisfy the obligations of the Swiss Patriot Program.
- This role will be critical in supporting internal gates 4-10 and will be critical in leading PARs/CDR, PDR and PRRs at the supplier. Effective relationship management and communications between suppliers and appropriate Raytheon counterparts.
- Develop subcontractor strategies and lead proposal development activities.
- Support subcontractor negotiations and performance management.

**Qualifications You Must Have**:

- Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 8+ years of relevant experience. Experience successfully leading cross-functional teams at International Supplier Site.
- Risk Management experience
- Manufacturing, Procurement, or Operations management experience
- Knowledge of Export/Import requirements
- The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

**Qualifications We Value**:

- Experience with on-site supplier management of manufacturing operations for a minimum of 4 years.
- PM, MPM, or SCM Certification (any level)
- Experience using Product Data Management tools and MRP systems such as SAP / PRISM
- EVMS Certification
- Speaks/understands German Language
- Knowledge and experience working with FAR, DFAR, Export/Import requirements
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both written and orally at Senior Leadership levels both internally and to supplier leadership
- Strong leadership, management and communication skills
