Your work location: Stans, Switzerland

Your responsibilities

  • Monitor supplier/product quality and internal quality (KPI Monitoring) and take appropriate improvement measures
  • Conduct and review root cause analysis in quality reports
  • Carry out and evaluate risk analyses and initiate and coordinate actions with stakeholders
  • Perform Supplier Capability Assessments (SCA), Product Audits/Quality Visits, and Production Readiness Reviews (PRR)
  • Review Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and support FAIs to obtain product approval
  • Check supplier master data, conduct monitoring and validation of published NOE/NCD, and initiate or conduct additional training for quality improvement, increased awareness, onboarding, etc.

What you bring to the table

  • Technical basic training followed by studies (FH/HF) in engineering or business
  • Further education and 5 years of experience in quality and safety management
  • Very good knowledge of aviation legislation and applicable standards
  • Excellent MS-Office and SAP skills, as well as a very good understanding of processes
  • Fluent in English (C1 level)
  • Affinity for analyzing complex tasks and applied experience with key performance indicators
