In this role, as an individual contributor, it is critical to maintain a close collaboration with members of the Talent Acquisition teams, HR Operations, Employer Branding and other key HR and IT stakeholders. Other working locations can be discussed.

Reporting to the Global Strategic Capability, Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition Leader, you will be responsible for the following activities and other related projects:
**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting/Recruiting Optimization: Through the support of the various regional teams, drive the process of gathering and transformation of organizational data into dashboards, metrics, reports, and commentary to drive and illuminate business insights resulting in better informed more effective, and efficient business decisions and actions.
- System Administration / Power User: Act as the Power-user for the ATS (re. HiNext) and C&WP tools by monitoring usage and identifying needs for additional training to ensure the highest level of data accuracy.
- Digital Capabilities: Partner with HR Technology team on recruiting system integrations and optimization.
- Vendor Management: Develop and manage new vendor evaluation process for supplemental recruiting resources (agencies, job boards, market mapping, etc.) and monitor ongoing performance. Support the identification of new vendors when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: proven and successful background and track record in Talent Acquisition / Workforce Planning especially in the areas of Technology, Process, Talent Pipeline, Analytics and relevant experience acquired in a large complex matrix organization.
- Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication skills and influencing skills including stakeholder management across all business levels combined with organizational agility and ability to look across the enterprise.
- Continuous improvement & Project: Advanced project management skills, facilitation skills in transition processes combining data to future trend analysis.
- Technology: data orientation and attention to detail, excellent knowledge of diverse Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday is a plus) and TA operating models and excellent knowledge & experience in Excel, PowerBI and or other reporting tools.
