Accounting Manager

Our client is a Swiss small-medium size company located in Lausanne, now with a new opening of Accounting Manager
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and develop a small team of accountants
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and applicable regulations, laws and standards
- Ensure the quality and timely execution of month-end closing and reporting as well as quarterly Group consolidation
- Develop and drive necessary financial policies, procedures, and internal control
- Ensure effective cash flow planning and management
- Be responsible of the compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, Swiss accounting standards (Code of Obligations) as well as local, state, and government reporting requirements, VAT and tax filings
- Minimum 5-10 years of finance experience with strong accounting knowledge
- University business degree, Brevet in accounting or equivalent is a plus
- Full understanding of Swiss GAAP and IFRS
- Proficient in Excel, and accounting packages
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a strong asset
- Fluent in English and French. Good German skills are a plus
