For one of our client, a company that owns several hotel in Switzerland, we are looking for an: Accounting Manager: You will be directly linked with the finances director, and you'll be in charge for ensuring the implementation of accounting and tax procedures
Your activities with your future employer:
- You will review accounts up to the establishment of the financial statements and documentation for tax administration.
- You will recommend financial directions and choices for financing working capital for clients.
- You will alert management about operational parameters.
- You will create summary tables and reports, as well as the tools necessary for strategic management.
- You will check the accuracy and completeness of revenues and expenses.
- You will supervise the accounting team.
- You will participate in the recruitment, training, monitoring, and evaluation of department employees.
Your strengths for your future employer:
- You are familiar with ABACUS / Micros / Opera software.
- You have proficiency in standard computer tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- You possess good managerial skills.
- You are organized, rigorous, have a sense of responsibility, excellent interpersonal skills, a team spirit, analytical and synthesis abilities, integrity, and are capable of managing a team.
