Mandated by a consultancy company in organization and technology based in the canton of Geneva, we are looking for a
**Business Manager**:
**Our Tasks**
- Defined and implemented your business plan; took advantage of the expertise of managers
- Managed multiple opportunities through the entire sales cycle simultaneously
- Prospected for leads: identification, cold calling, presentation of our business offers, closing and follow-up
- Participated in the recruitment of consultants specialized in our business lines : sourcing and interviews
- Managed personally your consultants team in terms of career development and objectives achievement
- Full ownership of P&L to achieve revenue growth and gross profit stream

**Your Profile**
- Graduate with a Master Degree (Engineering or Business School)
- You have a demonstrated experience of 2 to 3 years in a trade-related field, preferably in a service company
- You have negotiating skills which allow you develop good relationships with high-level contacts
- You have an analytical mind and work autonomously
- You are solution-oriented and you know how to make decisions
- You have an assertive personality with good social skills
- You have a very good knowledge of French, and English and you are able to negotiate in these languages
