**Director of Flights Inventory**

EF Education First, the world leader in international education, is looking for a passionate, organized, and hardworking Director to join EF’s World Journeys’ Travel Team. In this role, you will be a member of an energetic, multinational team and report to the Vice President of Travel overseeing the EF Go Ahead and Ultimate Break flights division.

Start date for this full-time position is Fall 2023.

**_What you’ll be doing_**
- Working closely and collaboratively with several stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Representing Travel as a member of the Ultimate Break Leadership Team
- Overseeing a team responsible for procuring flights for the World Journeys product group with a focus on quality, customer experience, and financial stewardship
- Providing support, training and development for the Manager who reports to you
- Owning a portfolio of airline supplier relationships and being responsible for the negotiations with those airlines on behalf of the entire Travel division
- Working closely with the other Directors across the Travel Team to ensure that we achieve our collective strategic priorities
- Helping to drive innovation through technology as we seek new ways to scale our business and improve our ways of working
- Showcasing proficiency in at least one GDS and/or you are committed to achieve an intermediate level of knowledge of Amadeus within the first year in this role
