The Portfolio Management Team in Lugano is a team of experienced investment professionals and is seeking a talented and passionate Portfolio Manager.

The main task is the discretionary management of client assets over various asset classes and different risk profiles. This includes building and managing portfolios matching client needs, researching investment ideas and the communicating and executing thereof. Portfolio construction, risk management and reporting complete the team’s tasks.

**Main responsibilities**
- Day to day running of client portfolios allocated ensuring that all relevant guidelines and mandates are not breached
- Portfolio analysis from a risk reward profile; Performance analysis (attribution and contribution)
- Development of client investment proposition, from creating bespoke solutions to responding to client needs
- Reporting portfolio performance to clients on a regular basis
- Market the portfolio management activities and solutions to clients
- Help and support net new asset growth through a strong interaction with Private Bankers

**Skills and experience**
- Min. 5 Years’ experience in a similar role
- Master degree in Finance or similar
- CFA or similar designation
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English; French and German are a plus
- Team player and strong interpersonal, social and conviction skills
- Fast learner and highly motivated
- Ability to work under pressure and in an ambitious environment
