- Guide Sonova’s specialized retail business unit ‘Audiological Care’ in its journey towards Pricing Excellence. Join a small, newly built global team and shape one of our most important global initiatives. Hit the ground running by bringing considerable pricing experience and (inhouse) consulting skills to the table. Establish a long-term career in Pricing and Marketing in our exciting, fast growing, and international organization.**Your tasks**
- Pricing Excellence / Capability building_
- Independently lead pricing diagnostics to assess and agree strengths and improvement areas of our local market organizations
- Develop strong working relationships and the ability to influence behavior and steer change management across hierarchies
- Communicate effectively and arrange complex information into an easy to grasp action recommendation
- Act as a thought-leader across the entire spectrum of revenue management: Market intelligence, performance tracking, analytics, list price setting, discount mgmt. & control, product mix optimization, segmented offering design, etc.
- Drive pricing/business model innovation incl. strategy definition and global implementation
- Launch pricing_
- Assume lead role for pricing in cross-functional launch processes and track success post launch
- Analyze existing and gather missing market research
- Coordinate between different stakeholders across the organization, i.e. price approval process
- Ongoing performance tracking & ad hoc analysis_
- Monitor pricing performance and realization
- Identify specific value / improvement opportunities and support local management in implementing and tracking the change

**Profile**
- Masters degree or equivalent in Economics/BA, Maths, Engineering
- 3+ years Management consultancy or in-house consulting
- 3+ years Pricing / Revenue management experience
- Excellent project management skills
- Profound experience in managing international business environments transformations
- Profound experience in business casing and analytics
- Fluency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all seniority levels
- Highly motivated, flexible person that is able to handle ambiguity
