**Your team**

BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) is a strategic Avaloq service line providing Banking Operations outsourcing services to banks. We are organized as a global Business Area, running state-of-the art Backoffice services with industry leading automation, quality, and risk standards. Our highly skilled and experienced staff are covering the full suite of services including Securities, Payments, Corporate Actions and Tax, to name a few.

We are experts in providing a true value add to our clients and thus, always look to add creative and client-oriented personalities with drive and passion to our team. We are looking for an experienced manager to oversees the Securities Processing teams in Switzerland, Germany and Singapore with a staff of 60 specialists. In this role you are reporting directly to the BPaaS Global Head of Securities (Trade Processing, Securities Transfer and OTC/Derivatives Processing).

**Your mission**
- Work with internal stakeholders to further improve the Settlement and Processing service as well as the customer satisfaction, supporting change and implementing it in daily processes with impacts on the team
- Ensure an efficient and high-quality service delivery across all services, in line with the agreed Service Level Agreements
- Establish positive relationships with the custodian’s network and Clients to improve the overall quality of the service
- Develop your people through inspiring leadership, foster a culture of openness and excellence for cross-functional and -regional collaboration and build a strong talent pipeline
- Senior escalation point of contact for the Trade Processing and Securities Transfer teams
- Be a change agent and role model to drive the implementation of strategic efficiency, growth initiatives, transformation and business development while achieving financial targets

**Qualifications**:
**What you need**
- University or higher education degree and/or operational experience in Banking Operations
- Min. 5 years of proven managerial experience in global organizations with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, multi-cultural and global environment
- Positive, pro-active, and can-do attitude with a high level of integrity and reliability
- Good communication and strategic analytical thinking skills, with a process-orientation and ability to understand complex situations
- Business fluent in English
