Global Medical Communication Associate Director

Proclinical are recruiting for a pharmaceutical organisation who are looking for a Global Medical Communication Associate Director to join their team. This role is on a contract basis and is located in Europe. The client is focused on producing a healthier and better future for people.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for handling multifaceted queries for EMEA across the company's international product portfolio.
- Assist in new digital technologies and systems rendering to GMI digital methods.
- Guarantee suitable, quality replies to requests for medical information in EMEA for therapeutic areas of accountability in a timely manner.
- Assist and coach business units and suppliers on GMI procedures and EMEA best practices.
- Warrant documenting of possible adverse events and product quality complaints go to the suitable teams.
- As the Global Medical Communication Associate Director, you will assist in innovative channels for dissemination of medical information.
- When suitable, you will evolve and execute medical information assistance resources organising with Global Medical Teams, Medical Communications, and Local Medical Information teams.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Educated to a degree level in a medical, scientific or similar discipline.
- At least 5 years of pertinent experience.
- At least 4 years of experience within a biopharmaceutical organisation, ideally in a matrix structure.
- At least 2 years of experience in medical affairs, clinical research or PV/safety roles such as Medical Information, Medical Communications, Pharmacovigilance/Safety.
- Familiarity with guiding teams.
- Acquaintance handling suppliers and multifaceted projects.
- Medical information best practices, legal and regulatory necessities, Codes of Practice, Standard Operating Practices and regulations know-how.
- An innovative individual with the ability to produce solutions to multifaceted issues.
- Communication skills both verbally and written, involving the ability to scribe scientifically.
- High attention to detail with scientific insight.
- Solid business insights which involves budget and resource preparing and management, as well as undisputable morals.
