L’Events Coordinator doit gérer et superviser tous les évènements (conférences, réunions, dîners, mariages) de la demande initiale du client jusqu’à la facturation et assurer une présence lors de l’évènement pour accueillir le client et pour en garantir son bon déroulement. Il/elle doit avoir la capacité de coordonner les prestataires extérieurs utiles à la réalisation de l’évènement, tout en veillant à la bonne transmission des informations en interne.
- Gérer les demandes d’évènements (vérification de disponibilités, offre écrite, saisie de la réservation) et établir des propositions commerciales
- Planifier les évènements confirmés directement avec chaque client
- Coordonner avec les différents département tous les aspects de l’événement (F&B, hébergement, Conciergerie)
- Être capable de conseiller le client et de bien vendre les produits pour augmenter les ventes
- Remplir les fiches de fonction en accord avec les demandes/besoins des clients
- Coordonner les « réunions événements » hebdomadaires et transmettre les informations aux départements respectifs
- Faire le suivi hebdomadaire et la mise à jour de tous les dossiers avec l’Assistant Events Manager
- Suivi avec le client après l’événement pour obtenir un feedback
- Suivi journalier de tous les dossiers qui sont en cours
- Sous la direction du Manager du département, apporter le support nécessaire à l’atteinte des objectifs
- Assurer une communication efficace dans le département et entre les différents départements
- Développer et maintenir un système efficace de l’administration du département
- Maintenir un excellent contact avec ses collègues de travail
- Avoir une attitude professionnelle et faire preuve de confidentialité
- Avoir une parfaite connaissance des produits vendus
- Effectuer tout feedback utile permettant de mettre à jour et mieux répondre aux attentes des clients
- Supporter des projets professionnels fixés par le Manager du département

De formation supérieure en École de communication évènementielle, École de commerce, École hôtelière, vous vous caractérisez par les qualités suivantes:

- Expérience confirmée sur un poste similaire dans un environnement luxe
- Appétence pour le travail en équipe tout en ayant une grande autonomie dans la gestion de ses dossiers
- Qualités commerciales et organisationnelles
- Capacités à travailler efficacement avec les équipes opérationnnelles dans la gestion des évènements
- Excellente présentation
- Bonne gestion des priorités et proactivité
- Connaissance Opera, Pack Office

Pratique du français et de l'anglais conversationnel, la pratique d'une troisième langue étrangère est un atout non négligeable
