Claims Manager Insurtech

For our client, a company based in Zurich, we are currently looking to hire a highly-motivated, tech-savvy and experienced individual as Claims Manager InsurTech.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordination based efforts with customers, partners as well as service providers
- Contribution to the development and maintenance of tools and processes for steady improvement of the company
- Further the reintegration of employees as well as work closely with case managers
- Supporting and advising our corporate customers
- Keep oversite and handle the claims submitted by customers
**Qualifications**:
- Professional experience in tasks such as the pricing and underwriting of companies with previous leading experience in underwriting process of customers within a large enterprise
- 3+ years professional experience within the employee insurance market (i.e. KTG & UVG/Z)
- Tech-savvy with a high interest level and eagerness to explore new technologies as well as to prevent and reintegrate employees into their work life
- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment with a team-oriented personality
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills across company level with the outlook to grow long-lasting relationships with both partners and customers.
- Excellent German and English communication skills (verbal and written) French is a plus
