For our new Oral Implantology lab at the University Center for Dental Medicine Basel, UZB led by Prof. Géraldine Guex, we are looking for a postdoctoral researcher to complement our new team. We are interested in understanding cell material interactions at the microscopic and macroscopic level and generate predictive in vitro model systems in order to improve dental implants.

**Your position**
- Human dental stem cell isolation and differentiation
- Soft and hard tissue engineering (pulp, gingiva, bone)
- Electrospinning of functional scaffolds and hydrogel development
- Co-culture systems of mammalian and bacterial cells

**Your profile**
- Mammalian and/or bacterial cell culture
- Electrospinning and polymer functionalisation
- CLSM, SEM, FACS
- Excellent writing and communication skills in English
- German or the motivation to learn German is an asset
