Notre Département Asset Management investit et gère depuis de nombreuses années du capital pour compte propre ainsi que pour le compte de tiers. Afin de continuer le développement de notre activité de gestion et de servir au mieux nos clients, nous recherchons **un/e Investment Manager.**

A ce poste, vous serez principalement en charge de la sélection et du suivi de gestionnaires externes et fonds de placement en actions et en obligations, pour l’ensemble des mandats gérés par le Département. Vous serez aussi amené à seconder le gestionnaire responsable des portefeuilles multi-actifs.

**Les missions qui vous attendent**:

- Sélectionner les mandats et/ou fonds en actions, obligations ou autres
- Rencontrer les gérants auprès desquels le Groupe est investi ou souhaite le devenir
- Etablir pour chacun des univers d’investissement une méthodologie de comparaison
- Suivre de manière régulière l’évolution des investissements et en partager les résultats avec l’équipe
- Développer des outils de suivi et les maintenir
- Gérer un portefeuille multi-actifs (back-up)

**Votre profil**:

- Diplôme supérieur de niveau bachelor ou Master en Finance/Economie
- Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans la sélection sur les classes d’actifs actions et obligations
- Vous justifiez d’une expérience similaire au sein d’un établissement financier ou d’un gestionnaire d’actifs, vous permettant d’être à l’aise aussi bien avec les notions purement financières qu’avec les questions opérationnelles, administratives et légales
- Des connaissances de base en investissements immobiliers et alternatifs et une expérience dans la gestion de portefeuille seront considérés comme des atouts
- Maitrise des outils MS Office
- Français et anglais courants (niveau B2 minimum), l’allemand sera apprécié

Vous êtes également doté(e) d’excellentes qualités d’analyse et de synthèse, et d’une compréhension globale des marchés financiers et leur implication dans la gestion quotidienne. Vous êtes par ailleurs reconnu(e) pour votre aisance dans la rédaction de rapports. Enfin, vous êtes une personne indépendante, motivée, curieuse et flexible aimant travailler dans une petite équipe soudée.
