Au sein de l’Asset Management, l’équipe Investment Risk & Performance assure de manière indépendante le contrôle et la gestion des risques d’investissements de l’ensemble de la gamme des produits gérés par l’Asset Management. **Investment Risk Manager**

**Vos missions principales**:

- Suivre quotidiennement l'évolution des niveaux de risque, de la performance et du respect des contraintes d'investissement des fonds et mandats sous votre responsabilité,
- Communiquer régulièrement avec les gérants des portefeuilles pour explorer et analyser leur consommation de risque,
- Produire à échéance régulière des analyses de risque et développement d'outils quantitatifs, notamment:

- Analyses d'attribution de performance et de risque basées sur des modèles factoriels,
- Développement de tableaux de bord avec Tableau Software,
- Elaboration de stress testing et d'analyses de scénarii,
- Exploitation de la donnée et développement d'outils avec Python,
- Développer une connaissance approfondie des processus d'investissement, des objectifs rendement/risque et des contraintes pour les fonds et mandats sous votre responsabilité,
- Assurer une compréhension claire des modèles de risque utilisés, et améliorer les solutions existantes en collaboration avec les fournisseurs d'outils (Bloomberg),
- Participer à la maintenance et à des projets de développement de l’infrastructure.

**Votre profil**:

- formation universitaire et/ou supérieure, idéalement complétée par une formation FRM,
- expérience de 2 à 7ans dans le domaine de l’Investment Risk et/ou Risk Compliance,
- maîtrise de modèles de risque (ex: Bloomberg PORT, MSCI Barra) et d'attribution de performance,
- expérience en matière de programmation Python (Git/Gitlab un plus) et d'outils de BI (Tableau Software),
- fortes capacités en matière de communication, aisance à challenger les gestionnaires de portefeuilles et à défendre ses points de vue,
- compétences à gérer des projets transverses de faible envergure et à travailler dans un environnement dynamique,
- excellente maîtrise du français, bonnes connaissances de l’anglais, l’allemand est un atout.
