Introduction

Bühler is a Swiss-based family owned global company that strives to provide a rapidly growing world population with access to healthy food and safe mobility solutions. For instance, around 65% of the worldwide harvested grain is processed on Bühler mills, around 50% of all car taillamps or headlamps are getting metallized on Bühler machines. In our work, we continuously innovate and digitalize our processes to simplify our global operations at massive scale.
As the Team Lead (M/F/d) of our Project Execution Academy, you will lead and coach our training team, create modern training programs, improve our training offerings, digitize existing training materials, and drive the implementation of new tools and processes. You have extensive experience in digital education and project management and enjoy supporting your team and developing innovative learning solutions. We look forward to meeting you.

Tasks
- You have overall responsibility for the Project Execution Academy, including cost center responsibility
- You will lead and develop the PE Academy team
- You will be responsible for identifying and coordinating the training needs of the Global Project Execution Community and related functions
- You will design and create classroom training, e-learning and blended learning
- You will plan and conduct training courses for internal and external customers
- You create training materials and documentation
- You digitize new and existing training materials
- You manage content on the LMS platform
- You are responsible for the development and implementation of onboarding programs

Required qualifications
- Completed degree in education, adult education, engineering, or a technical education (HF/FH) in software/mechanical engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in designing and delivering trainings, as well as in digital education
- Extensive knowledge in automation, project and process management
- Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
- Strong didactic and methodological skills
- Strong leadership skills and experience in employee development
- Strategic thinking and enthusiasm for innovation
- Very good German and English skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
