Senior Embedded Software Development Lead

About our Client
We are working with a leading company in the field of embedded software development, seeking an experienced professional to join their team as Senior Embedded Software Development Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and testing, with expertise in C#, C/C++, and Azure.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the implementation of fully automated testing infrastructure for the embedded software platform, ensuring comprehensive test coverage and high-quality code.
- Create and manage the software testing backlog, prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, quality assurance specialists, and external partners, to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software solutions.
- Participate in Scrum meetings and contribute to process standards, defining new tools, requirements, documentation, and application support.
Your Profile
- Bachelor of Science (Electronic Engineering, Software Development, or related subject) or adequate business experience.
- Minimum 3 years of industrial experience in embedded development, with a strong focus on software testing and automation.
- Expertise in unit-, system-, and integration tests, as well as automatic testing using C# and C/C++ programming languages.
- Proficiency in Git, Azure DevOps, or Jira, with excellent knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
- High standard of spoken and written English is essential, fluency in German preferable.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
