2 Regulatory & Governance Project Managers

**MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manage the full project life cycle of a portfolio of projects falling under the mandate of the department (incl. secretary role of the World Councils, Senate, General Assembly, etc.)
- Ensures the compliance of the projects managed with the framework of the FIA strategy
- Develop a system to coordinate and manage projects
- Ensure the timely and efficient coordination with other FIA departments involved in the project as well as external stakeholders
- Manage the day-to-day project activities, chairs the project management team meetings, provide status reporting regarding project milestones deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicate across leadership and manage project scope and changes
- Contribute as Scrum Master to the organization of the department team meetings and gatherings
- Participate in cooperation with the digitalisation department, in digitizing a number of administrative processes
- Decide for each project which project management methodology is more adequate considering the context
- Verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost and to achieve the potential benefits defined
- Drive change management activities for any relevant project requiring the adoption of new behaviours or the alteration of existing ones
- Create and manage the department Improvement backlog, proactively identifying and pursuing areas of improvement to drive overall performance, capacity optimization, and smoothen the rhythm of delivery
**PROFILE**:
- Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5 to 10 years' experience in project management in an international organization
- Project Management certification(s) is a plus
- Experience leading positive changes, creating new processes and building from best practices
- Able to prioritize strategy and tactical work with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities as needed and to deal with urgency
- Strong leadership, diplomatic and motivational skills
- Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills, Team-player
- Proficiency level in English. French, Spanish and/or Arabic is a plus
- Sens of excellence and strong attention to detail
- Sense of initiative and ability to work creatively as well as analytically
- Solid judgment and excellent problem-solving skills,
- Good understanding of international business and cultural protocols
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and project management tools
- Strong sense of ethics and confidentiality
- Willing and able to travel frequently
