**Your team**:

- Pictet Wealth Management combines more than 200 years of Swiss banking heritage with global investment expertise. The Partner-owned financial service group offers a comprehensive service for wealthy individuals and families including discretionary and advisory investment solutions and family office services.- You will join the Family Advisory Team, which guides our network of UHNW families as they plot a course through the life cycle of wealth and incorporate a multitude of factors (financial, human and social) into their decisions. Typical challenges include parenting with wealth, aligning on a shared purpose, moving towards collective decision making, and navigating transitions and succession.**Your role**:

- You will be responsible for:
**Advising key client families alongside relationship managers by**
- establishing relationships with clients that are built on trust;
- holding conversations with family members to identify family dynamics, as well as objectives and challenges related to the governance of shared assets;
- designing and delivering structured presentations to report back to the family group;
- identifying concrete steps to promote conditions for good communication, decisions and relationships;
- facilitating informed decision-making by delivering educational sessions, as well as sharing examples and models of family governance practice and systems; and
- taking part in online or in-person family meetings.

**Communicating with stakeholders inside and outside the Group, as part of**
- developing effective and collaborative partnerships inside the Group with relationship managers to build their capacity to provide an integrated client experience;
- adopting a proactive approach to increase awareness and understanding of our offering inside the Group;
- helping to create the agenda and content communication efforts outside the Group; and
- attending client events as a speaker and workshop leader.

**Contributing to thought leadership by**
- keeping abreast of the latest research and trends; and
- continuously developing and innovating the Group’s Family Governance offering (e.g. by devising new educational and advisory tools, learning journeys, etc.).

**Your profile**:

- Master’s degree in Psychology, Education and Learning & Development, Organisational Behaviour, Systems Thinking, Business, Law or equivalent.
- At least five years’ experience in advising, coaching, training, or facilitation with clients.
- Experience of assessing needs and developing customised online or in-person educational sessions.
- Knowledge of financial and wealth management topics (experience gained with a financial services firm).
- Excellent command of French and English, knowledge of other languages would be a plus.
- Coaching certification would be a plus.
- Knowledge of design thinking and change management methodologies would be a bonus.
- DESIRABLE ATTRIBUTES- Ability to establish a rapport, convey competence and confidence, and build trust with prospects, clients and colleagues alike.
- Excellent interviewing and communication skills, strong active listener, ability to manage your own biases/reactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams inside the Group, external partners, and existing client advisors.
- Growth mindset (self-motivated, curious, with desire to learn from feedback and embrace challenges).
