Flight Coordinator

As **Flight Coordinator** with EF Education First you will be part of a fun, young, and fast-paced central transportation team located in our corporate head office in **Zurich, Switzerland**. With an immediate start you will be ready to embrace our summer season motivated and fully trained.

You will be responsible for producing cost-effective and safe flight solutions for our European and Latin American students traveling on language programs to our schools throughout the world. You will work closely with your colleagues throughout our sales offices, as well as airline representatives in several countries.

**Your responsibilities**
- Manage and allocate individual flight reservations in Amadeus Global Distribution System
- Produce cost-effective transport solutions meeting both budget and quality targets
- Consolidation and cost optimization of group travel via air and rail
**Your qualifications & experiences**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Min. 2 years of work experience within either travel industry, transport/logistics, or operations
- Excellent spoken and written English, other Language skills are always appreciated
- Previous experience of working or studying in an international environment
