Partner Account Manager

Squirro is looking for a new Partner Account Manager to join the Sales & Revenue team in our headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland
**About the role**:
As the Partner Account Manager, you'll be responsible for fostering and managing the relationship between Squirro and its partners to drive mutual business success, ensuring partners have the necessary resources and support, and aligning the partnership with the our strategic goals.
This is a crucial role for our Sales & Revenue team and will cover a number of responsibilities, from relationship management, sales support and driving growth through tailored incentives, to market analysis, partner onboarding and education, and ensuring continuous improvement across our partnerships program.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Identify recruit, and onboard new channel Partners**:
- Actively seek out potential partners and manage the end-to-end process.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and provide comprehensive education about our product portfolio and services.
- **Partner Relationship Management**:
- Collaborate with Partners to create and execute effective business plans aimed at achieving sales targets.
- Regularly evaluate partner sales performance and recommend necessary improvements.
- Address partner-related issues, including sales conflicts and pricing disputes, promptly and professionally.
- **Sales and Pipeline Management**:
- Oversee the sales pipeline, accurately forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
- Work closely with partners to develop competitive sales proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies.
- **Marketing and promotional activities**:
- Assist in planning and executing partner marketing activities, including trade shows, campaigns, and other promotional events.
**Your skills & experience**:
- Proven experience in account/channel partner management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and partner management strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Proficiency in managing sales pipelines and forecasting.
- Experience in creating business plans and sales proposals.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and handle partner-related issues effectively.
