This Global Head of Digital HR & Insights will be Accountable for the global Digital HR strategy and roadmap. They will manage the global Digital HR project portfolio and operational activities. The Global Head of Digital HR & Insights will also manage the relationships with our global Digital HR vendors. They will also manage the provision and delivery of global HR Reporting, Analytics and Insights to key stakeholder groups. Lastly, the Global Head of Digital HR & Insights will lead a global team with direct oversight of approximately 15+ employees allocated across the globe.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Develop and further enhance the Digital HR strategy for Lonza
- Contributing and shaping HR’s Digital and People Analytics agenda including building up a global HR Data framework, shaping the future employee experience
- Overseeing the global delivery of HR Reports, Analytics and Insights, build up required expertise and roles for state-of-the art delivery
- Manage the relationship between HR user groups and the Digital HR team, providing updates, regular training facilitating exchange of experiences
- Managing and developing further a team of Digital HR experts responsible for keeping our global HR platforms running and further evolving, coordinating, testing and ensuring timely support processes and release upgrades
- Support the design of end-to-end HR processes, system configuration, responsibility for the testing of the processes, roll out with post go live support
- Manage the global relationship with our HR solution providers
- Collaborate with IT colleagues to perform regular tests and upgrades
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations
- Research vendors and implement new integrations as needed

**Key requirements**:

- Master’s Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration in the area of Human Resources, Operational Excellence, Process Management, Information Technology
- Extensive years of working experiences in Human Resources, Information Technology, ideally experience in designing and configuration of HR processes with Workday, Kronos or other Cloud HR Systems, outsourced payroll with proven experience managing direct and indirect teams
- Work experience as an HRIS Manager or similar
- Experience in HR data Model, global HR reporting delivery and HR / People Analytics strategies
- Passion for the implementation of complex technical processes in a global used system
- Strong understanding of HR processes
- Digitally savvy, well suited with future market trends
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Possess a rare combination of mental agility, analytical thinking, hands-on problem solving, and a customer-service mindset
- Understands and attends to detail
- Enthusiastic and assertive personality
- Strong communicate skills across all levels of the organization with a proven ability to influence others
- Experiences in working with external partners and stakeholders to meet deliverable requirements
