For our client, an international biopharmaceutical company, active in the fields of reproductive health, urology, gastroenterology, endocrinology and orthopaedics, we are looking for a:
**Your mission**
In your role, as Sustainability Project Manager, you will drive project performance and coordination by defining and driving project milestones for excellence in project execution.

This role provides key project management support including long-range planning, definition of key performance indicators, and stakeholder engagement. Effectiveness in this role, you will support project success from project inception through change management and implementation.

Main responsibilities:

- Provide project management coordination and planning support activities for multiple projects in parallel (SBTi, Ecovadis-like, materiality assessment, material topics follow-up )
- Set, drive and monitor project milestones and deliverables
- Monitor project budget and expenditures, including Purchase Orders (POs)
- Plan, schedule and participate in project meetings
- Set agendas, present project updates and take and communicate minutes
- Prepare project documentations as required
- Proactively communicate with key project stakeholders, including presentations of project objectives, milestones, deliverables and status
- Provide operational guidance for functional and technical contributions to project performance.

**Your profile**
- MA/MSc in management or scientific discipline
- Project management experience ideally within consultancy and/or the environmental sector
- Project management qualification (PMP, Prince2, APM) is a nice to have
- Knowledge and experience in greenhouse gas accounting, climate risk assessments, sustainability frameworks and reporting standards such as the GPC Protocol, TCFD, SBTi, GRI, SASB, TCFD and UN SDGs would be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with people across different levels of the organization to build good working relationships, understanding different needs and aligning project activities to requirements
- A track record of delivering projects to time and budget and clear examples of problem solving and resolving challenges along the way.
- Experience of managing senior external stakeholders and large project teams.
- Effective in working across diverse groups in an international and cross-functional setting
- Proactive, disciplined and results-driven
- English fluency (oral and written)
