**Student Assistant to Team Diversity & Inclusion (d/f/m)**:
10-20 % (unlimited by 01.03.2024)

**Your tasks**:

- Organisational and administrative support to the team in achieving our goals
- Assisting with creative, editorial and translation tasks for posts, texts and videos
- Carrying out stakeholder clarifications and research activities for different projects
- Collaboration in the development of our projects and initiatives, such as brainstorming in team meetings and workshops

**Your profile**:

- Keen interest to develop their skills and knowledges in the field of DEI.
- Business fluent in English and a very good knowledge of German. Interaction and correspondence will be in German and English.
- Flexibility, self-initiative and willingness to work onsite. You work on different tasks in cooperation with the entire team.
- Accountability, a strong sense of ethics and culture of trust. We work with confidential information. Care and self-care are important values for us.
- Creative thinking ability, social media affinity and knowledge of InDesign or similar to create brand-compliant and aesthetic visuals.

The team Diversity and Inclusion is the University's point of contact for topics related to DEI, such as identities and experiences linked to gender, LGTBQI+, cultural and social background, racialisation, age, physical and psychological characteristics, and health status. In addition, we offer support for combining family and caretaking activities with studying and working at HSG.
We work to make different groups of people visible at the university, improve the frame conditions for safe and equal study and working environment and for hearing the plurality of voices in the organisation.
