En tant que stagiaire en promotion et événements, vous apporterez votre soutien aux activités de développement, de promotion et d'événements de la Fondation, et plus particulièrement du Musée Olympique.

**Responsabilités principales**

Promotion
- Soutient la mise en œuvre de l’ensemble des activités promotionnelles pour le Musée Olympique sur les canaux traditionnels et digitaux pour le grand public (plans de promotion, coordination, production et reporting) ;
- Suit la production du matériel promotionnel print et digital, vérifie la conformité avec la charte graphique et organise la diffusion de matériel promotionnel (contrôle BAT, mise en place, suivi logistique).
- Participe aux actions de vente sur le marché du tourisme et de loisirs et contribue au suivi des clients ;
- Soutient le Manager de la Promotion dans le suivi des sollicitations externes et dans le bon fonctionnement administratif de la section ;

Événement
- Apporte du soutien opérationnel aux évènements culturels, organisés les Chefs de projets événements culturels.
- Participe à la production des événements culturels en amont et sur place pendant les événements
- Participe activement à la planification et à la coordination de la Semaine Olympique 2025.
- Assure la planification et la coordination des bénévoles pour la Semaine Olympique.
- Participe à la conception ainsi qu’au suivi de production des produits et contenus promotionnels et du matériel signalétique pour les événements culturels.

**Nos exigences**
- Formation HEG (filière tourisme, hôtelière) ou dans la Communication / Marketing ;
- De langue maternelle française avec d’excellentes connaissances des langues anglaise et allemande ;
- Maîtrise des logiciels de bureautique standards (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Teams et Sharepoint) ;
- Aisance dans le travail d’équipe ;
- Connaissance des outils de marketing digital et des bases de données.
- Rapidité et fiabilité.
- Sens de l’organisation et de la planification.
- Souci du détail et capacité à résoudre les problèmes de façon pragmatique et autonome.
- Faculté à rechercher, analyser et mettre en forme l’information.
- Aisance dans la communication ; facilité et clarté d’expression orale et écrite en français et anglais.

- Intérêt pour le sport, la culture et l’Olympisme.
