**Head of Applications à 100% (F/M/D)**:
**Aufgabengebiet**:
Sie begleiten und leiten ein Application Management Team von 11 Mitarbeitern in Buchs und Saint-Légier-la-Chiézas und garantieren folgende Führungsaufgaben:

- Verantwortlich für die Führung, den Einsatz und die Entwicklung der direkt unterstellten Application Managers incl. deren Rekrutierung und deren Mitarbeit in verschiedenen unternehmensweiten Projekten
- Management aller Business IT Applicationen (HR, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, )
- Sicherstellen des Applications Lifecycles (License Management, Partner
- und Lieferanten-Management, Versioning & Updates, Monitoring, etc.. )
- Kommunikation von Veränderungen in Verbindung mit Ihrem Team und externen Entwicklungs-Teams
- Bereitstellung von 2nd-Level Support und Services für alle Business IT Applikationen
- Gewährleisten der Sicherheit der Applikationen. Umsetzung von Massnahmen und Kontrollen zum Schutz von Daten und Zugriff.
- Sie sind vor Ort für Ihr Team der Ansprechpartner und entwickeln Ihre Mitarbeiter in beiden Regionen

**Profil**:

- Sie haben neben einem Fachhochschul-, oder Universitätsabschluss zwischen 10 und 15 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung, Consulting im Bereich IT, oder im Bereich Entwicklung von Applikationen (o.ä.) sammeln können
- Sie haben bereits eine solide Erfahrung im Management von einem Team (ca. 3-5 Jahre)
- Erfahrung in der Definition, Auslegung und Bewirtschaftung von IT-Service
- Sie sprechen fliessend Englisch, und eine der beiden Hauptsprachen des Landes (Deutsch und Französisch) ebenfalls fliesend
