Inside Sales Executive

Your mission is to keep Climeworks’ sales process moving by supporting the team in managing the sales funnel professionally and efficiently.
- You work cross-functionally at Climeworks with interactions in Sales, Legal and Finance.
- You will handle customer orders from offering to invoicing.
- You keep Climeworks’ CRM and ERP systems up-to-date by logging new customer details, orders and offers (quotes), and continuously assuring our data quality.
- You support sales managers on key customer projects, such as requests for proposal (RFP’s), presentations, offers, communication campaigns, activation of the relationship on customer portals, etc.
- You will manage, prioritize and answer our inbound sales channel.
- You are the key internal and external point of contact for sales administration topics.
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or similar.
- You have 2+ years’ experience in administrative sales roles and possibly have the ambition to evolve into a sales manager as a future career step.
- You are a proficient user of Microsoft Office, CRM & ERP (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- You are diligent, precise, detail-oriented and have a structured working style. On top of that, you work independently and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
- You enjoy supporting a team to reach new heights and want to contribute to bringing Climeworks to market.
- You are a very good communicator and like to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- You have an excellent command of written and spoken English. German is not required but would be a plus.
