Zur Verstärkung unseres Finance-Teams am Standort Zürich-Flughafen suchen wir **per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung** idealerweise in **100% Vollzeit** eine/n

**Controller Switzerland [w/m/d]**:
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Unterstützung bei der Aufbereitung von Planungs-Reportings inklusive Budgetierung, (Short Term) Forecasts, Business Plans und den entsprechenden Analysen
- Aufbereitung von Finance
- und Performance-Analysen sowohl periodisch als auch ad hoc als Führungstool des Managements
- Mitarbeit bei der Durchführung von Produktivitätsanalysen, Problemfeldanalysen und Analysen von Unit P&L’s sowie Customer P&L’s
- Erstellen von Business Cases für Investitionen und Sicherstellen der periodischen Überwachung der Investitionsausgaben
- Mitverantwortlich im Monatsabschlussprozess für die Business Unit Schweiz
- Aktive Mitarbeit in bereichsübergreifenden Projekten, u.a. Cost Saving Projekte, Prozessoptimierungen, etc.

**Qualifications**:

- Wahlweise ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (Universität/FH), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, oder eine höhere Fachausbildung im Finanzwesen
- Im Minimum 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling werden zwingend erwartet. Branchenerfahrung in der Aviatik-, Systemgastro
- oder Logistik-Industrie wäre ein Plus
- Exzellente Excel-Kenntnisse, die idealerweise auch Erfahrung mit Power BI, Power Pivot und Macro umfassen, sowie praktische Erfahrung in SAP FI/CO/BWwerden gewünscht
- Problemlose Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Offene Persönlichkeit, die Aufgaben proaktiv angeht und hierbei auch ebenso offen und zielorientiert mit verschiedensten abteilungsübergreifenden Anspruchsgruppen kommunizieren kann
- Konzeptionelles und vernetztes Denken, dass es ihnen ermöglicht, bei ihrem Handeln nicht nur die eigenen Aufgaben, sondern auch die Gesamtprozesse im Auge zu haben
- Sie kombinieren eine organisierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise mit der Fähigkeit und dem Willen, als Teil eines Teams zu agieren und zu kommunizieren
