**MEINE AUFGABEN**
- Selbständige Verwaltung aller administrativen Aspekte des HR-Lebenszyklus (Verträge, Nachträge, Referenzen, Vereinbarungen, Bestätigungen etc.)
- Ansprechpartnerin für alle admin HR Angelegenheiten (Bewilligungen, Sozialversicherungen, Quellensteuer, Kinderzulagen, Krankheit, Unfall etc.)
- CRM Management
- Eigentständige Verwaltung des Ausbildungsplans
- Moderation und Durchführung von Einführungsveranstaltungen
- Koordination der monatlichen Lohnabrechnungen mit einem externen Partner
- Professionalisierung und Digitalisierung von HR- Dienstleistungsprozessen
- Administrative und organisatorische Unterstützung des Global HR Business Partners
- Stv. des Empfangsteam
- Korrespondenz in DE und E

**MEIN PROFIL**
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Abschluss HR-Assistentin
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im HR Umfeld
- Gute Kenntnisse der Sozialversicherungen
- Bereitschaft, Bestehendes in Frage zu stellen und Neues zu gestalten
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Ausgezeichnete Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereit, die ersten 3 Monate im try&hire zu arbeiten, danach Festanstellung
