**Deine Aufgaben**
Als Solution Architekt erstellst Du in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering Teams und unterschiedlichen Business Lines digitale Plattformen und unterstützt neue Geschäftsmodelle dabei fungierst du als technischer Lead und Coach für die weniger erfahrenen Teammitglieder.
- Du leitest die Teams durch den gesamten Projektzyklus, von der anfänglichen Konzeption über die Geschäftsanforderungen, die Softwarearchitektur und die Implementierung bis hin zur einwandfreien Übergabe
- Du berätst unsere Kunden in technologischer und architektonischer Hinsicht, erstellst strategische Roadmaps, gibst technische Empfehlungen ab und hilfst bei der Implementierung
- Du unterstützt den Pre-sales bei Ausschreibungen in Bezug auf Rückfragen, Proof-of-Concept-Arbeiten und der Gestaltung von Cloud-Lösungen, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf Security, Flexibilität, Einhaltung von Richtlinien, Kosten und Performance liegt
- Du nimmst Teil an den gruppenweiten Thougth-Leadership-Initiativen von ELCA, mit dem Ziel unsere Architekturpraxis voranzutreiben und die hohe technische Kompetenz zu erhalten

**Das bringst Du mit**
- Technischer Abschluss an einer UNI/ETH/FH
- 6+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Implementation von komplexen Softwarelösungen
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Entwicklung verteilter Systeme und Microservices, mit einem tiefen Verständnis für betriebliche Belangen wie Skalierbarkeit, Ausfallsicherheit und Beobachtbarkeit
- Gute Kenntnisse von Best Practices und Tools für CI/CD-Pipelines, DevOps, agile Methoden, automatisierten Tests sowie Codequalität
- Erfahrung mit Container und Orchestration Plattformen wie z.B. Kubernetes oder OpenShift
- Solide Kenntnisse von Integration Patterns und Best Practices wie synchrone vs. asynchrone Kommunikation, RESTful APIs, Messaging sowie Publish-Subscribe
- Kenntnisse über Identity Providers und Authentifizierungs
- sowie Autorisierungsabläufe zur Sicherung von Microservices mit OAuth 2.0 und OpenID Connect
- Fliessend in Deutsch und Englisch
