Service Owner Infrastructure Cloud

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensures that the IS solutions/services provides the required functionality, meet the expectations of business and are reliable, maintainable, compliant, and auditable.
- Manages/monitors software development and analyses data to continually improve solution.
- Collaborates with and contributes to project setup and delivery and to service operations optimization.
- Accountable to approve, sign-off, and build any solution to be implemented on ABB production environment, within the respective service line, ensuring required quality and safety standards.
- Engages in requirement engineering to decide the requirements to be covered by available standard functionalities.
- Supports the validation and prioritization of incoming business demand, in collaboration with the relevant IS Service Owner and/or IS Lead Architect.
- Reviews and signs off the functional and technical use-case specifications.
- Acts as the escalation point for solution architecture related issues.
- Contributes to IS problem and incident management in managing the ticket volume by identifying and eliminating the reoccurring defects.
- Supports issue resolution during project delivery to avoid project or service delays or any other form of negative impacts.
- Collaborates with users in projects and problem management to maintain, develop, and deploy the best feasible and most cost-efficient IS solutions/services for the business.
- Ensures manuals for users are created to describe the operating procedures.
- Consults, advises, and supports on the installation of new IS solutions/services, or changing existing IS solutions/services.
- Contributes (if consulted) to the development of policies, standards, and guidelines for IS strategy development and planning.
- Communicates the project delivery related decision demand towards project and service management, in collaboration with IS Lead Architect to ensure resolution and avoid delivery issues.
- Keeps knowledge up to date regarding new and emerging IS technology and IS industry practices, bringing learning into ABB, within in the scope of relevant IS solutions.
- Participates in broader solution development framework community of practices.
- Assesses the ideas for efficiency improvement and value addition and decides based on their technological, financial, and functional feasibilities.

**Your background**:

- 10-12 years of relevant experience required
- Master’s Degree in information management, computer systems, business engineering or similar
- 3 - 5+ years of experience designing, executing, and supporting IT cloud solutions
- 1 - 2 years of leadership experience required
- Certifications preferred: Cloud Technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP..)
