Internship - Global Brand Activation

In this role, you are reporting to the Global Group Brand Manager, you provide support in the daily business.
**How you will create a beautiful impact**:
- Lead a specific internship project working on a real business case and interacting with other departments to come up with concrete propositions for the business. Support Global Group Brand Manager in strategic definitions related to the Specific Internship Project.
- Participate in the development process, review details of components materials.
- Coordinate the creation of artworks (leaflets, booklets, folding boxes etc.) with the Creative Studio and supplier.
- Review, approve and deliver artworks within timeline.
- Compile and analyse Markets forecasts/orders.
- Creation and maintenance of product codes in SAP
- Support in the development of all collateral assets for the gifting strategy (e.g.: send specs to suppliers, coordinate development of samples and share with the Creative Studio for feedback)
- Support in seminar organisation for meetings in HQ
**What you need to become our next audacious talent**:
- Graduate of Business School or University with major in Marketing / Business Administration.
- Advanced in Excel (e.g. VLOOK UP) and Power Point.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Good analytical, problem solving, project management skills.
- Proactive and curious person, accountable and attention to details.
- “can-do” attitude, willingness to think outside the box in order to find new solutions.
- Fluent English: any other language skills are an advantage
