Internship: E-commerce

For our EMEA E-Business & Digital Team located in Volketswil ZH, we are looking for an E-Commerce & Digital Intern:

**Project Description**:

- E-Boutique: Management support and go-to-market execution of 7 European Direct-to-Consumer Websites:

- Global new developments and functionalities: roll-out in the markets.
- E-Boutique operations management: from stock forecasting and demand planning to the activation of brand innovation calendar and after sale care. Following current processes, technology, and systems in place (Salesforce, SAP, KALE ticketing...).
- Performance reports: regular analysis and reporting based on data from SAP, SalesForce, and Google Analytics.
- Customer Service support: as escalation hub for excellent service and timely response to clients in collaboration with the Customer Service partner.
- Contribution to ad-hoc projects for Online Retailers and Retail Sales analysis
- Final Project in E-Commerce as part of La Prairie Internship Program

**What you need to become our next audacious talent**:

- Student or graduate with major in Economics, Business or Marketing.
- Specialization in eCommerce and/or Digital Marketing highly valuable.
- Excellent analytical, communication and organization skills.
- Proactive, service and solution-oriented personality with international mindset.
- High attention to detail and excellence, at ease with complex analysis.
- Ability to work independently and to take responsibility for own projects/tasks.
- Very good written and spoken English language skills. Any other languages a plus.
- Basic skills in SAP, Salesforce, and Adobe Creative Suite highly valuable.
- Advanced Excel, Power Point and Office 360.
