**About the Role | Your Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Serve as client liaison and team up with consultants in their search activities; proactively assist with client needs.
- Provide a bridge for smooth interaction within the project team (peers, consultants, research), establish and build positive relationships, and regularly interface with high-level executives involved in confidential projects.
- Support Leadership Advisory in composing reports with confidence in textual expression and a trained eye for spelling and pronunciation.
- Produce high-quality client deliverables, ensuring completion within designated timeframes.
- Prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters promptly, and follow through on projects to successful completion.
- Assist the accounting department with client invoicing and processing expense reports.
- Support other EAs when requested to assist with work overflow as capacity allows.

**About You**
First and foremost, you are dedicated, efficient, and highly organized - a self-starter who can quickly adapt to and execute tasks with little supervision and be flexible in terms of responsibilities. Unfazed by last-minute changes to plans, you are at ease dealing with the unexpected. You are a go-getter, who can cope with tight schedules, and you are fun to work with.
- A commercial apprenticeship is required. A bachelor’s degree or other relevant further training, e.g., paralegal certificate, CAS Digital Office Management, Federal Diploma «Direktionsassistenz» is preferred.
- 5+ years of relevant work experience as a project
- or executive assistant supporting senior leaders, ideally in a professional services firm or hospitality. Client management experience will be advantageous.
- Your attention to detail, time management, and execution skills are unparalleled, with a high sense of prioritization.
- You are an agile and creative thinker, able to analyze situations accurately and decide the proper course of action.
- You show competence and ease in communicating with C-suite and their teams, as characterized by excellent verbal skills on the phone and written skills in drafting and editing client-facing documents.
- You are interested in learning about business and industry needs, and your ability to quickly grasp the fundamentals, coupled with your conceptual skills, will help you understand broad industry concepts.
- You have a high energy level and must enjoy working on multiple assignments simultaneously.
- You are a natural collaborator who contributes to collective resources and is invested in the team's success.
- You possess social competence with a strong sense of gravitas - acting as an ambassador for the company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Teams and databases for file management, and excellent calendar management skills.
