Mandatés par l’une de nos sociétés clientes, entreprise spécialisée dans le domaine médical, nous recrutons pour une mission temporaire de 6 mois d'un(-e)

**Votre mission**

**Vos principales responsabilités**:

- Soutenir et réaliser les objectifs d'amélioration de la chaîne d'approvisionnement en coopération avec l'équipe
- Implémentation de contrats de services récurrents dans l’ERP
- Assurer l'approvisionnement de matériel géré en stock central en prévenant toute rupture
- Support aux autres départements dans le processus de commande de tout type de produits ou services
- Agir en conformité avec le système de qualité et les valeurs de notre client en respectant la confidentialité médicale
- Atteindre les objectifs assignés

**Vos tâches principales**:

- Saisie des contrats de service
- Analyse et correction des paramètres existants selon les problèmes relevés en comptabilité
- Définition de stratégies de réapprovisionnement, et achats opérationnels (analyse des besoins en matériel, gestion des stocks, suivi des commandes)
- Interactions avec les opérations et toutes les parties prenantes
- Définition et suivi des indicateurs clés de performance

**Votre profil**
- Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans le domaine de la chaîne d'approvisionnement/des achats
- Diplôme d'acheteur ou équivalent selon l'expérience
- Capacité d’analyse, connaissance de méthodes de résolution de problèmes
- Compréhension des contrats d'approvisionnement
- Très bonne maîtrise d'Excel
- Expérience de l'utilisation d'un système ERP/MRP, d'un système de réapprovisionnement automatique
- Capacité à travailler dans une organisation matricielle
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français. L'allemand est un atout important
- Des connaissances en Lean Manufacturing sont un atout
