Introduction

Unilabs, the leading provider of medical laboratory diagnostics in Switzerland, is looking for a dedicated individual to join their team as a Junior Procurement Specialist.

Your Mission

As the Junior Procurement Manager, you will be instrumental in the efficient procurement of goods and services. Your role will encompass strategic planning, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely acquisition of quality supplies within budgetary constraints. You will also contribute to optimizing procurement processes to meet operational needs and comply with regulatory standards.

Main tasks
  • Collaborate with department heads to align procurement strategies with organizational objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods/services.
  • Cultivate relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration and resolving issues.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to enhance procurement processes and ensure compliance.

  • Support Procurement team objectives.

Your Profile
  • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software, MS Office, and medical supplies knowledge.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proactive, customer-focused, and committed to improvement.
  • Fluency in English and French.
