Group Communication Manager (m/w/d, 80-100%) - befristet bis Sommer 2024

Für einen befristeten Einsatz per sofort oder n.V. bis Sommer 2024 suchen wir eine qualifizierte Person für unser Corporate Communication Team.

Als Teil des Corporate Communication Teams von Mammut hilfst du dabei, die Reputation des Unternehmens mittels exzellenter, konsistenter, interner und externer Kommunikation zu pflegen, zu orchestrieren und nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln. Mit einer Leidenschaft für Menschen, Kommunikation und unsere Berge verbinden wir die Bedürfnisse von Outdoor-Enthusiasten mit den Produkten, Dienstleistungen und Communities von Mammut.

Tu was du liebst:

- Du leistest strategische Beratung für interne sowie externe Kommunikationsfragen
- Die Agentur-Führung in EMEA, sowie deren Support und Anleitung liegen bei dir
- Du führst eine enge Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Head of Corporate Communication
- Du übernimmst das Verfassen und Versenden von Medienmitteilungen, sowie von internen und externen Informationsschreiben zum Unternehmen
- Du bist zuständig für den Versand von Medienmitteilungen, vereinzelt fasst du bei den Journalisten nach
- Du koordinierst Journalistenanfragen und beantwortest diese in Rücksprache mit dem Head of Corporate Communication
- Zudem übernimmst du den lead bei der Koordination von Medienkampagnen, das Pflegen der Medienkontakte und die Betreuung der Adressdatenbank
- Du arbeitest mit bei Präsentationen für interne oder öffentliche Auftritte von Mammut Repräsentanten
- Die übernimmst die Führung und Pflege des Mammut LinkedIn Channels

Zeig was du kannst:

- Du bringst ein Universitäts
- oder Fachhochschulabschluss im Bereich der Kommunikation oder Publizistik mit
- Du hast erste (2-3 Jahre) Berufserfahrung im Bereich Corporate Communications/interne Kommunikation oder im Journalismus gesammelt
- Du verfügst über sehr gute redaktionelle Fähigkeiten und ein grosses Talent für Inhalte, Storytelling und den wirkungsvollen Einsatz von digitalen und sozialen Medien
- Wenn du Erfahrung im Kontakt mit internationalen Medien und Special Interest Magazinen im Outdoor
- und Sportbereich hast, ist dies von Vorteil
- Du siehst dich als proaktive Person, die gerne die Führung und Verantwortung in Projekten übernimmt und andere Menschen inspirieren kann
- Du bist eine aufgestellte Persönlichkeit, kommunikativ, selbstbewusst und belastbar, mit viel Eigeninitiative sowie Engagement und Wissensdrang
- Du magst Teamarbeit und bist kooperationsfähig, bringst eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft sowie eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Lernfähigkeit mit
- Du bist IT-affin und bewegst dich in der ganzen Office-Palette sicher und entspannt
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Deine Begeisterung gehört dem Bergsport, den Menschen und der Natur
