Intern Athletes Management (m/w/d, 80-100%), min. 6 Monate

Als Teil des Athletes & Corporate Communication Teams hilfst du dabei, die Athletenprojekte zu orchestrieren, weiterzuentwickeln und in spannende Geschichten zu verwandeln. Mit einer Leidenschaft für den Bergsport, Menschen und Kommunikation sind wir das Bindeglied zwischen den Athleten, dem Unternehmen Mammut sowie der Öffentlichkeit und sorgen dafür, dass sich das internationale Athletenteam jederzeit als Teil der Mammut-Familie fühlt.

Tu was du liebst:

- Unterstützung des Athlete Managers in der Koordination der Athletenprojekte
- Mithilfe bei der Betreuung des internationalen Mammut-Athleten-Teams (Climbing, Mountaineering und Skiing), in enger Abstimmung und Zusammenarbeit mit dem Athletes Manager
- Unterstützung bei der Koordination der Integration von Athlet:innen in saisonale Kommunikationsthemen, Events und Kampagnen
- Evaluation und Bearbeitung von internationalen Sponsoringanfragen
- Unterstützung bei der Koordination von Medienanfragen an die Athlet:innen und Mithilfe bei der Beantwortung von Rückfragen
- Mithilfe bei der Kommunikation von Athletenprojekten über die Mammut-Kanäle (Storytelling & Schreibarbeit für Online
- und Printkanäle, Kampagnen, Trade Marketing), in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Corporate Communication Team
- Monitoring: regelmässiges Media-Monitoring des internationalen Athletenteams, Analyse, Ablage, Auswertung

Zeig was du kannst:

- Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Studium (Fachhochschule/Uni) im Bereich Sportmanagement, Betriebswirtschaft, Kommunikation oder vergleichbaren Studiengängen
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Athletenmanagement, Marketing oder Kommunikation von Vorteil
- Interesse und Leidenschaft für Sponsoring, Marketing sowie Kommunikation und PR/Öffentlichkeitsarbeit
- Organisations
- und Koordinationstalent mit hoher Selbständigkeit sowie einer guten schriftlichen und mündlichen Ausdrucksfähigkeit
- Aktiver Sportler:in in den wichtigsten Sponsoringbereichen der Mammut Sports Group (Climbing, Mountaineering oder Skiing)
- Kenntnis der internationalen Sportlandschaft, ihren wichtigsten Akteur:innen, Wettkämpfen etc.
- Aufgestellte:r, kommunikative:r Teamplayer:in mit Eigeninitiative, Engagement und Wissensdrang
- Gute Kenntnisse im MS Office
- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutsch
- sowie Englischkenntnisse
