Ariv is a Swiss Start up in the hospitality space which offers unique long-stay and short-stay experiences. It combines the convenience of a hotel with the privacy of a residential flat and offer access to a unique community.
It is our mission to redefine coliving and to be a pioneer in this field. To bring this vision to life, we are looking for an ambitious, driven person who can help us take this concept to the next level.
Tasks
As part of our Basel team, you'll get hands-on experience with every aspect of running a modern and innovative hospitality solution with 150 units. From assisting with check-ins, check-outs, and helping with our food concept to providing top-notch customer service, you'll learn how to provide the best possible experience for our guests.
- Assistance with check-in / check-out
- Support the guests with all requests (information, services, etc.)
- Service at the bar and preparation of small community events
- Support with various administrative tasks
- Project manager of various new initiatives
- Helping us shape the future of the co-living sector with your inputs and creative ideas
**Requirements**:
We're looking for someone with a "host" mentality and a customer-first attitude.
**You should be**:
- warm and authentic, with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn
- flexible and adaptable,
- speak fluent English and ideally in German
- have a ‘hands on’ attitude.
