The Oper team operates throughout Europe, with over 14 nationalities and two main physical offices in Zürich and Brussels.

Tasks

Your Mission

As a Chief of Staff at Oper, you will support the CEO in building the business further at high speed. You will do this by taking the following roles
- An integrator considers the needs of the whole organization.
- A communicator linking the leadership team and the broader organization.
- An honest broker and truth-teller when the leadership needs a wide-ranging view without turf consideration.

During your day-to-day activities, you will work on projects and initiatives that prepare the business for growth. You assist the CEO in thinking through opportunities, setting policies and making sure they are implemented. are implemented.

What will you do
- Act as a sounding board to the CEO
- Be an advisor to the senior management team
- Assist the CEO and executive leadership in facilitating effective decision-making
- Facilitate executive governance such as the annual and quarterly planning process around Objectives and Key Results. Maintain the standard reporting cadence.
- Build a data-driven organisation where you develop a deep understanding of how key results are calculated and how their various drivers work.
- Prepare the agenda and materials for weekly leadership team meetings, monthly all-hands, and quarterly Board meetings. Document decisions and follow through on the next steps.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of business processes.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives and support the implementation

**Requirements**:
What will you bring
- A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant area of expertise or equivalent by experience
- Have 3-5 years of experience in management strategy consulting or a high-growth tech environment
- Have a strong analytical mindset
- Can translate strategic decisions into concrete solutions and execute on them
- Have excellent project management skills
- Have excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving and risk-management skills
- Enjoy working in a dynamic and continuously changing work environment
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to deliver presentations to technical and non-technical audiences
- Have a passion for building and structuring work. You love bringing order in the chaos.

Bonus points
- Speak a second or third European language.
- A Master's or Bachelor degree in a relevant area of expertise or equivalent by experience
