Business Development Representative

Sherpany's mission is to create a world where every meeting counts. With our SaaS solution and Agile management framework, we turn formal meetings from time-wasters into value-creators. We support companies allowing effective choice-making by digitally transforming meetings and decision-making processes. Our headquarter is located in Zurich but as a remote first company we have employees from everywhere.
Tasks
**Your mission**:
- You are responsible for identifying potential corporate customers and getting them excited about our meeting management solution
- To do this, you identify decision-makers via various channels (LinkedIn, Xing, etc.) and make initial contact with them
- You coordinate follow-up meetings between the sales executive and the outbound / inbound leads you have qualified
- You maintain the data in our CRM tool and ensure compliance with our sales processes
- You work and coordinate with other teams, mainly Sales Executives and Growth Hackers, to achieve business goals

- Your are passionate about sales and you might bring already first experience in a similar Sales role
- You are 'fearless' when it comes to convincing people over the phone
- You speak English on a native level
- You have excellent communication skills - whether sales or small talk - you convince through and through
- With your positive mindset & resilient attitude you turn problems into opportunities and you never give up
- You work result-driven & independently and bring excellent organisational skills
