Die Rolle

Als Mitglied des Zattoo-Finanzteams bist du für die Kreditorenbuchhaltung und damit verbundene Aufgaben für unsere drei Firmen (CH, DE, USA) verantwortlich. Dazu gehört die Bearbeitung aller Lieferantenrechnungen und Spesenabrechnungen von Mitarbeitern sowie deren korrekte, effiziente und zeitnahe Bezahlung. Das Finance Team

Das Finanzteam von Zattoo vereint langjährige Erfahrung mit einem hohen Mass an Verantwortung und Professionalität. Wir sind derzeit sieben Personen, die sich um Buchhaltung, Controlling, Steuern, Versicherungen und verschiedene Prozesse zentral für die Zattoo-Unternehmen in der Schweiz, Deutschland und den USA kümmern.

Deine Aufgaben
- Bearbeiten von Lieferantenrechnungen, Kreditkartenabrechnungen und Spesenabrechnungen
- Lösen von Problemen, die mit internen und externen Beteiligten in Zusammenhang gebracht werden können
- Bezahlen von Lieferantenrechnungen, Spesenabrechnungen und Sicherstellen der Rückerstattung ausstehender Gutschriften
- Beantworten aller Finance betreffenden Anfragen zu Kreditoren
- Identifizieren und Umsetzen von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten für deinen Verantwortungsbereich
- Stammdatenpflege in Buchhaltungs
- und Reisekosten-Systemen
- Unterstützung interner und externer Prüfungsanforderungen
- Teilnahme an Ad-hoc-Projekten und Unterstützung anderer Teammitglieder

Dein Profil
- Eine abgeschlossene Kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Eine Weiterbildung in Rechnungswesen ist von Vorteil
- Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung erforderlich
- Verhandlungssichere Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (MS Dynamics 365 bevorzugt)
- Solide Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
- Teamfähigkeit mit guten zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten
- Proaktiver und selbständiger Arbeitsstil
- Erfolgsbilanz bei der Erbringung qualitativ hochwertiger Arbeit
- Hohes Mass an Genauigkeit und Liebe zum Detail
