We are now looking for a **Junior Accounts Payable** that is part of **FIFA** and supports us on our mission.

These are your key tasks:

- Processing and checking creditor invoices in the electronic workflow system
- Managing payment orders
- Assisting with processing and checking employee credit cards and expenses claims
- Working on monthly and annual financial statements, including balance sheet reconciliation
- Regularly checking outstanding receivables
- Providing support with other tasks related to accounts payable and the general ledger
- Dealing with telephone and written enquiries
- Junior Sachbearbeiter/-in Kreditoren. Ihre Aufgaben:

- Verarbeitung und Kontrolle der Kreditorenrechnung im elektronischen Workflow
- Administration von Zahlungsaufträgen
- Mithilfe bei der Verarbeitung und Kontrolle der Mitarbeiterkreditkarten und Spesenabrechnungen
- Monats
- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten inklusive Abstimmung der Bilanzkonten
- Regelmässige Kontrolle der Liste „offenen Posten“
- Unterstützung bei anderen Arbeiten im Bereich der Kreditorenbuchhaltung und des Hauptbuches
- Behandlung von telefonischen und schriftlichen Anfragen

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

- Completed commercial, business or equivalent training
- At least 2-3 years' professional experience in accounting (financial accounting an advantage)
- Good oral and written skills in English and German, other languages an advantage
- Good SAP knowledge an advantage. Good Microsoft Office skills
- Attention to detail, ability to learn quickly and to act with discretion when handling confidential information
- Keen sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure and a high degree of initiative
- Confident demeanour and good manners
- Team player
- Junior Sachbearbeiter/-in Kreditoren. Unsere Anforderungen:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Handelsschule oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Buchhaltung, von Vorteil in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Gute SAP Kenntnisse von Vorteil. Gute MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse
- Exakte Arbeitsweise und rasche Auffassungsgabe sowie Diskretion im Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten wird vorausgesetzt
- Verantwortungsbewusste und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative
- Selbstsicheres Auftreten und gute Umgangsformen
