Aufgaben
Die AMAG Import AG, setzt Live-Marketing-Aktivitäten für Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, CUPRA & VW Nutzfahrzeuge erfolgreich um. Zu den Kundenevents der AMAG Import AG, zählen die Länderspiele der Schweizer Fussballnationalmannschaften, die FIS Ski Weltcup Rennen & der Spenglercup in Davos.
Das bewegst Du
- Du bist versiert in der Erstellung von Präsentationen & Offerten.
- Du hast die Budgetverantwortung in den jeweiligen Kundenprojekten.
- Du bist im Lead bei der aktiven Betreuung, Beratun & -Bindung Deiner Kunden & verantwortest die fortlaufende Erhebung der Kundenbedürfnisse.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Auftragsvergabe & Produktionsbegleitung von Werbemitteln & -Trägern gegenüber Lieferanten inkl. der Überwachung, Steuerung & Qualitätssicherung.
- Du steuerst die Abwicklung aller Aufträge & bist verantwortlich für die Stammdatenpflege des zugewiesenen Kundenstammes und dessen Material.
Qualifikation
So machst Du uns happy
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, oder in der Tourismusbranche. Eventerfahrung ist von Vorteil.
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent mit einem hohen Durchsetzungsvermögen.
- Deine Denkweise ist wirtschaftlich, Dein Handeln ist kunden
- & zielorientiert.
- Du zeigst überdurchschnittliches Engagement & Flexibilität und bist für Abend
- & Wochenendeinsätze verfügbar.
- Du bist versiert in Office & findest dich in IT-Systemen schnell zurecht.
- In Deutsch bist Du Verhandlungssicher (Niveau C2). FR & EN-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
