Our SSC Finance Department in Bad Zurzach - Switzerland, is looking for a

Manager Internal Controls (f/m/d) (100 %)
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and international work environment In this role, you will work on huge projects, and you will be responsible to drive the change

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an effective internal controls framework, including policies, procedures
  • Develop and execute control selfassessment program within organization
  • Work with key stakeholders to identify and assess risks to the business, and design and implement appropriate controls to mitigate those risks
  • Evaluate information security and manage system access and segregation of duties
  • Conduct regular internal control testing to assess the effectiveness of controls and identify areas for improvement
  • Monitor compliance with policies and procedures and provide guidance to management and staff on best practices for internal controls
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure that audit requirements are met and to address any issues or concerns
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on the effectiveness of internal controls and any areas for improvement
  • Work with other departments to ensure that internal controls are integrated into business processes

Your ideal profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
  • From 3 to 5 years of experience in internal controls, audit, or related field
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, any other language would be an advantage
  • Experience in SAP is a plus
  • Handson experience in designing and implementing control activities is mandatory to succeed in this role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex issues to nonfinancial stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously is required, with a hand on mentality
