**Was können Sie erwarten?**

Als tatkräftige Unterstützung und Stellvertretung des lokalen Head of Finance, übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle bei der Weiterentwicklung des jungen Teams und der Funktion. Sie arbeiten mit Kollegen in der Schweiz und Europa zusammen und übernehmen selbständig Aufgaben in folgenden Bereichen:

- Monatliche und vierteljährliche Berichterstattung für unser Management und unsere Investoren nach US GAAP
- Statutarische Buchführung und Berichterstattung (Geschäftsberichte, Steuererklärungen usw.)
- Unterstützung der lokalen Unternehmensleitung mit Finanzinformationen und Analysen
- Fortlaufendes Forecasting und Finanzplanung
- End-to-end Prozessoptimierung auf lokaler Ebene als auch in Abstimmung mit globalen Funktionen, einschließlich Transformationsinitiativen
- Ausbildung und Anleitung innerhalb des Teams

**Was bringen Sie mit?**
- 5 - 7 Jahre Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Bereich Controlling, Buchhaltung oder Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen
- Höhere Fachschule oder Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen
- Unternehmerisches Denken mit proaktivem und kundenorientiertem Ansatz zur Problemlösung
- Fliessend in Englisch und Deutsch
- Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, divergierende Prioritäten erfolgreich zu meistern
- Erfahrung mit Datenanalyse und Dashboard-Lösungen
- Freude an der Ausbildung von Teammitgliedern
- Ein echtes Interesse an Menschen und Werten
