Founded in 1968, **SKAN** is a pioneer in cleanroom equipment and the development of isolators for the pharmaceutical industry. Innovative products, tailor-made solutions and an effective service organisation have made SKAN a market leader and a key partner to industry and research laboratories.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactive sales of spare parts and consumables to customers
- Advise customers on their equipment’s obsolescence status
- Support customers with finding their optimized, risk-based spare parts strategy for their SKAN equipment
- Act as global point of contact for SKAN subsidiaries for spare parts sales related questions
- Define standard spare parts packages per equipment type
- Participate in expos & conferences, representing Spare Parts Aftersales
- Ensure business growth by identifying opportunities for expansion
- Responsible for the creation and the follow-up of spare parts quotations
- Approx. 25% business travel

Hardskills
- Several years of experience as (Technical) Customer Service Engineer/Manager
- Familiar with technical spare parts and their documentation
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations desirable
- Familiar with MS Office products, specifically Excel
- Fluent in German and a good command in English

- Teamplayer
- Independent and structured way of working
- Able to perform several tasks simultaneously
- Highly customer focused
- Good negotiation skills
